My own opinion is delete the thread and issue him with an infraction and tell him if there's a repeat then we will ban him. However, some of you guys may feel this is a bit soft! ;)

Yeah, I saw it and moved it. I sent a PM to blackiecats about it. I don't see anything in the rules that actually relate to this kind of issue, so I hesitate to lock it. But it does need to be addressed in my opinion.
I have no problem with your suggestion He-Fan. Thread deletion and infraction sounds like a good step if this is his first offense.

The only reason I hesitate with an outright ban is because this is, to my knowledge, his first step over the line. My own opinion of LiarDice is that he's a, shall we say, slightly unique character, I really shouldn't say any more than that where I can be quoted but suffice to say I don't rate him. I'd love to just press the "Ban User" button but don't want my negative feelings about him to cloud my judgement.
He has, however, breached forum rules by attacking (albeit indirectly) this site's admin team and has tried to provoke a controversial thread. So some sort of punitive action is necessary.

Although "Has this place just beome a huge dicatated, censored sell out of a stale forum?" does not sound like an indirect attack to me. That certainly sounds like a direct jab.
I know I should probably delete the thread, but I'd like a 3rd opinion first.

I've replied to the thread and restored it. I want to show ours members we have nothing to hide and if they have any worries to contact us.
Liardice Films is banned. He overstepped the mark I'm afraid. His threads were not to get details, but rather to cause a disturbance on the forums and a personal attack on Jordan because Jordan won't sell Wayne a certain prototype outside of the upcoming auction. He's basically thrown his dummy out the pram and dragged BBTS into it.
I just don't trust him not to start mouthing off again, so he had to go. That coupled with the negative feedback he got over the custom figure he was meant to be buying.

No problem. I did try to calm the situation down by reminding him that advertisements means money to pay for the site. I don't think my explanation warranted that rant, but my thoughts may not have come across the way I meant. If that's the case I am sorry.
Let's hope the rest of the day is much calmer.

I think your response was fine - at the end of the day I think the guy's just a bit of a scumbag, it's a shame to lose those two photos and the video from the Toy Section but to be honest they're no great loss in the grand scheme of things! ;)

Just got in on this thread...those are pics Jordan took...the video im not so sure about. That video should stay up since that was something that was sent to me and i dont give a damn if he doesnt want it up, it was sent to me with no conditions attached
If there is a decision i feel strongly about is leaving that material up...he has no proof they are his anyways

I've got a bad feeling about all of this. There seems to be 3 different people claiming to have a Quick Jaws in their possession. And 2 people claiming to have a Red Eye prototype.
