I think they look amazing! I've always wanted Mandora. Pre-ordered her, but passed on the Electro-charger.

I’m in for both figure and bike. Haven’t ordered yet though. I need to line up my budget.

Her helmet detail is wrong.
Surely someone could have watched an episode or at the very least looked on Google before releasing the prototype picture.

Preorder then from BBTS? The Figure & bike are coming Q1 2023 and BBTS won't charge you until the items are in stock It gives you like 9 months to budget for them.

Sorry it’s taken me so long to respond in this thread—life very much got in the way these past few days, and these thoughts took me a while to formulate. I don’t want to completely derail the conversation again and dwell too long on the back-and-forth between Sebastiaan and Booshman, but I’ve spoken privately with several of you and would like to respond publicly with my mod hat on.
No one is being banned. Re-reading everything, I don’t see hate or threats. I see two people talking past each other rather than with each other. Things got heated, disrespectful and blown out of proportion, as they too often do when frustration builds behind the keyboard. For most of the discussion, Sebastiaan was primarily responding, as he said, “as a collector first.” He wasn’t wearing his mod hat until he felt repeatedly attacked and issued a warning. In retrospect, another mod not involved in the discussion (me!) should have been the one to step in. Sebastiaan and I have since spoken offline about building mod consensus before warning anyone, and from now on we will. Would I have issued some sort of warning? Yes, because the tone was getting disrespectful. But I also would have tried to mediate.
As mods of a ThunderCats fan site, it makes sense that we would want to cultivate excitement for new products. Accusations of negativity were overstated—I don’t think critiques have ever verged on vile or degrading, for instance—but I will confess that I do experience some of the scroll fatigue that Sebastiaan described. If critiques are offered in good faith, that’s fine, but it can be a real downer to see your fellow fans pointing out all the reasons why something you’re excited about is actually bad. And when the critiques are snarky, it's an especially bad vibe. The flip side, of course, is that it’s incumbent on those of us who are excited to fairly consider critiques while still expressing our excitement, and we should be able to do that without butting heads so furiously or feeling the need to prove each other wrong. If we want to enjoy our time here together, we all need to do better.
I think Ridetofight hit the nail on the head: there’s a mismatch of expectations among us, and a tendency to assume bad intentions as we mentally place each other into opposing camps: pedantic fatalists or irrational loyalists. But all critique is not negativity, and all excitement is not boosterism. Arguing a different opinion is not an attack, nor is asking for evidence of why someone feels the way they feel. As Ridetoflight said, “There's only a community, a group, through tolerance.”
Our love for ThunderCats is our common value, and it motivates everything we say here, even when we disagree: expressing our excitement comes naturally, just as our fanatic attention to detail does. Moving forward, I would ask that we all try to assume positive intent with one another. That means not assuming someone is offering critiques because they want to be a killjoy, or that someone is making excuses or ignoring the bad out of blind devotion. Ask questions when intentions seem unclear and treat each other with kindness. We are all on the same team. And if your intentions turn out to be blatantly divisive or disrespectful, you should expect to be held to account.
I would like to get back to Mandora now, so if you want to dig into any of this with me, please message me privately.

I'm not sure what the issue is here. If you like thrm and don't care about show accuracy then you won't be swayed either way. If you really are bothered about show accuracy then a comparison to a screen shot or some other reference is what you want to see. The thing I find tiresome is posts saying something looks spot on to the cartoon when I can see in one look that it's not. If I post an image or make a statement, I'm not trying to get anyone to change their mind on a figure, it's because I hope that it can be brought to the attention of the people making it so it can be adjusted.
