You can use the bulletin board code to show an image or you can attach it if its small enough (ie 8 should work fine)

For the bb code go the 'image' section of this link:

What do you think of the Lion-O statue and Jerry's answers to your questions?

I have no idea what this will cost........but I guarantee if I bought it....my husband would divorce me LOL

I love it! I would love to put that ontop of my solid oak roll-top desk. It would look great there.

But I have another question....just let's suppose I was independently wealthy...is there a way you could encase such a large statue....I do have kids ya know and something like that should never get dusty.

Hey queen lynxana, this money issue has been troubling me a lot lately with so many Thundercats products coming out one after the other incessantly!! And probably robbing a bank isn't the best solution!
This cat:lionomad: will cost around $400, ( regular version) and will start shipping around January. I checked out on Sideshow Collectibles and they have a special service called FlexPay where the customer can pay for his/her item in few affordable monthly payments. It sounds like a good programme.

Hey guys, when the Lion-O will be released in the Sideshowtoys homepage?

Up for pre-order probably around August and release in Jan/Feb 2011.

I have two questions.....1. where is the website for sideshowtoys? And 2. do they have a pre-set amount for flex pay? If it costs around $400, I don't want to make four $100 payments, I would prefer around $75 per installment. I could swing that easily that way.

EDITI found the website but couldn't find Lion-O on there. I guess since it's new, it's going to take a while to get there.

It's gonna take a while before Lion-o is available. I've never used the FlexPay service the site is offering, i don't know how it works, sorry i wish i could be of more help lynxana. But you can check out their helpdesk and clear things out.

Sideshow's items available on Flex Pay range from 2 to 6 monthly installments. But each item is assigned with a fixed number of installments. So I don't think you have the option to increase/decrease that number for a customized monthly amount. I could be wrong, contact them and find out. http://www.sideshowtoy.com/helpdesk/?p=177

During your final monthly payment, they will include the shipping fees and then ship the item. But if you cancel the item anytime while your Flex Pay duration is in progress, you will be charged cancellation fees depending on which month you canceled your item. http://www.sideshowtoy.com/helpdesk/?p=29

The video does justice to the statue, in a closer Lion-o looks even more impressive. A museum piece...

I just saw the video..........I want it! I want it! I want it! I want it! I want it! I want it!

My husband said I would definitely have to do the payment method, provided our regular bills and stuff is taken care of first. Not to mention making sure I take care of my college priorities. Granted, I got grants to pay for it, but there is stuff like transportation that involved.....I can't drive my car without gas ;)

As long as it's not over $400 or even if it's just a little bit over, I'm getting it!

ehm.....no.

Good news for the WildStorm fans! Im still not a big fan of this Lion-O... I like the size and scale of it, but to me it's not how I like to see Lion-O. And, as others have stated, that hair is a big mistake. It's just to much. And I don't like his clothing. The stiching/seems are not in-scale with Lion-O himself.

I think I'll stick with the Hard Hero line, that's just getting better and better! Might have to sell some blood or something to pay for em all...:(

The hair in the front is a bit too much, the back and side isn't bad, but I can look past that considering the way they sculpted his body. ;) guess it's the girl in me that is naturally drawn to strong men *queen lynxana giggles

Awww come on! Look at those shoulders and arms! Square jaw, intense eyes, the fangs are a nice touch, fur is not overly done, etc.... LOL I am a woman after all! You could bounce a quarter off of those abs :D

HAHA!;) And you aren't afraid of his wild characteristics when you are staring straight at him?
I thought you girls preferred the handsome Baby-faces to the Brutal type!!:p :)

Oh hell no! We lust after the brutal type!....but we end up marrying the baby-faced type because they have jobs and no criminal record. LOL So-called "brutal" types are usually unemployed and living off of some dumb girl or their parents stupid enough to support them.......*queen lynxana winces as she remembers being 20 years old Oh gawd the shame LOL! Then I grew up and married a nice guy. ROFLMAO

:D I guess it's like what they say about the Blond and the Brunette Girls!
We might like and hook up with the Blonds, you know the usual packet, tall, green eyes, long dyed hair and ...everything in proportion+a bit slow in the mind(Cheetara ruled out! :p) but we wind up staying with a level-headed Brunette!!

I love both!;):duh:

ROFLMAO! Blond women aren't the only dumb ones......my brother in law is a typical dumb blond.

Here's an example. One time, recently, his paychecks started getting a wage-attachment for an old debt from out of state for furniture. The bill was $4,700. He was about to hire a lawyer to get the wage-attachment stopped. The lawyer wanted $5000. Luckily I spoke to my brother in law and stopped him LOL "You are better off just paying the bill....it would be cheaper than the lawyer. And if you pay for that to get stopped, it's going to cost more than the debt itself and you will still owe the money to the furniture store."

EDIT: I just couldn't resist and have to add this funny strip.....

Lion-O looks like he played for the A's back in the 80s (wonders how few people will get the insinuation there....)
