As per the front page article - I got to say I love this new version of Lion-O. The face is much much much better, although the colours look somewhat pale in comparison. It might just be low quality photographs, but he looks much better. I personally would've liked to see the shoulder pads curved than squared, but this is going to be awesome! Can't wait to see the others, seeing as they mention he fits in perfectly with the others. I wonder how many they've already designed?!

I love the revised version! I hope they brighten his colors up a smidge, but other than that, he's perfect!

The figure is perfect but I still think the claw looks a bit bulky.

I was really happy with v1, but v2 has me thrilled. I do wonder what he would look like with red eyebrows to match his hair. He was portrayed with both red and black in the cartoon and I always tended to prefer the red.

Lion-O 2.0 is much more accurate to the cartoon than the first, the first one looks like the comic version of Lion-O released in the early 200X

I like the revision. I think he looks better with a more peaceful face. I also like how they toned down the hair a little. I love the 4H but they always go overboard with the windblown hair look IMO. I would assume they will give the rest of the characters the same treatment and make them as cartoon accurate as possible, at least with the colors.

Yes, I think the first Lion-O prototype was based on the Ed McGuinness illustration of Lion-O in the 200x comic books.
This was also the basis for the Pop Culture Shock Lion-O Statue

I really disliked the 200X comics. I hope they revise the claw.
