There were a few different companies that released a series of Audio Cassetes based on episodes of ThunderCats . Thus far, I’ve only found UK and U.S. releases, but there may well be other, more exotic, cassettes out there.

ThunderCats: The Lost Eye of ThunDera During a raid by the wicked MOLEMEN, agents of the evil MUMM-RA entered the CATS-LAIR, kidnapped several members of the Thundercats team, and stole the eye of Thundera, the magical jewel which holds the mystical power of the sword of omens. LION-O was out on a mission when the raid took place but vows that, as the eye was give into his safekeeping, he must go to the Castle Plun-dar, rescue his teammates and retrieve the eye. Can LION-O battles his way past MUMM-RA’s henchmen in the forests and underground caverns, and return the power of the sword of omens and glory to the Thundercats name? ThunderCats: The Lost Eye of Thundera is a side-scrolling video game published in 1987 by Elite Systems. It was released in the UK, on all popular home computers of the day. Other European publishers, such as MCM and Garisoft, picked up the game for release in mainlaind Europe.
When the game begins, the player is shown an image of Mumm-Ra, the ThunderCats’ main villain, and is told that Mumm-Ra now has the Eye of Thundera, the source of the ThunderCats’ power. The player takes control of the character Lion-O and maneuvers him through 14 side-scrolling levels to search for the missing Eye of Thundera.
The fourteenth and final level of the game is nearly twice as long as all previous levels. The player is given a larger time limit to complete the level. When the final level is completed, the player is shown an image of Mumm-Ra and is informed that Mumm-Ra has been defeated and the Eye of Thundera has been returned.
