I was so excited to have won this auction for a Luna Lasher Mumm-Ra (the last figures I need to complete my set):

The price was excellent and I sent payment immediately. About 3 days later I received refund for my payment and an email from the seller (currently known as wwonka2009) stating that there was a mix up and that he didn't actually have the figure that was clearly photographed and described as "close to C10 condition." This sounded suspicious to me, like he had received a higher offer from another ebayer after the close of the auction, and today I found this to confirm that suspicion:

Same seller. Higher price. No picture. Described only as "Mumm-Ra."
I got my refund, and there isn't anything I can do through eBay to force him to put my figure in the mail to me. I left negative feedback and reported the seller to eBay, but I doubt they do anything to him. I'm just ****ed because i thought I had finally tracked down the last figure I was searching for. I've been trying to buy one for years now. I'm only posting this here to share my tale of woe. Maybe the buyer or seller (wwonka2009) will read this and feel bad that they screwed a fellow Thundercatslair Board Member.
