Which 2011 episodes did Leo appear in ?

As far as I know, Leo was in the following episodes:

Legacy
Birth of the Blades
What Lies Above, Part 1

I believe he also appeared in the Tower of Omens episode, though just a brief cameo.

I don't think that that was Leo

The lion who appeared in flashback in "Journey to the Tower of Omens" is Rithlio, who was named by "ThunderCats 2011" fanfic writer Lady Black Mage, aka Yoruhoshi.

No, not that episode, I meant the one with Mumm-Ra in it where Leo doesn't speak.

He's right, I just checked. Leo is briefly in a flashback during "Journey" standing beside Mumm-Ra while he talks to Tygus on a monitor.
