Welcoming Joe "spicemaster" Spicer to the team

Congrats Joe!

I am pleased to announce that Joe (who has just joined the forums as: spicemaster) is joining the ThunderCatsLair.ORG team as Staff Artist for the 2011 series. In this role Joe will be working with Balgus and a small stable of artists who will create the Character Encyclopedia illustrations for that new section that we have under development.

Joe will be added as a moderator in the forums also.
