We've been offered leaked footage!

Hi gang,

I didn't put a smiley-con in the subject line for this, because to be honest this strikes me as neither a good thing nor a bad thing! :)

A member of our forums, KOJIKUM, has gained access to leaked images and footage from this Friday's new ThunderCats episode - turns out he was the same person who leaked the 9 minutes of footage from the pilot back in the summer (you remember the footage I mean)! :)

He's actually offered to put together a special preview video especially for our site!! However, I told him I didn't think that we'd be able to post it up anywhere, because of getting our site in trouble with WB. However (again), I told him I'd speak to you guys (specifically Neil & MannyC) and get your thoughts. :)

My own instinct is that this footage really isn't worth getting our site into trouble for, given that it's 48 hours away from being broadcast - if Mark was here I think he'd be saying "go for it", but my cautious side makes me think this would be a bad move! :(

He sent those to me too via pm. Yeah I'm only willing to host official promo stuff from WB.

I'm gonna take a tougher stance than MannyF did in this kinda situation and call the shots here since my name is on the hosting account (something Manny should have done over the movie script debacle) and that is posting this stuff is a NO GO!

Right now the official WB clips are earning us a nice little pot of cash through the Youtube ads and I'd hate for that to stop. I think this site operates well enough without resorting to leaked footage.

I appreciate what he's doing, but afraid it just isn't worth the wrath of WB and losing the contacts we've acquired :(
