I got through looking at YouTuber dylan fagan2's upload of the "ThunderCats, Ho! The Movie" intro. What I immediately discovered upon watching the intro was that his UK VHS copy of the movie was in stereo as opposed to the series proper's original mono soundtrack. That meant that the theme song and sound effects were more audible, and it's led me to believe that there might be a distant copy of the "ThunderCats, Ho!" UK VHS that has stereo sound. If it exists and has very little wear, it could benefit from a customized remaster/restoration. Here's dylan fagan2's upload of the intro to prove my point:

Hmmm, if only there was a restoration project in the works?
Thanks for posting this, it's good info. The US tapes I have that are stereo actually appear to be dual mono. It's a shame if this is the only instance of the Thundercats intro in true stereo since the part with Panthro is cut out and there is a piece of the song missing. I know they usually didn't cut the nunchucks, but replaced it with the shot of Panthro straightening a pipe, or doing a flip. If the true stereo version is used on another PAL tape it might have the complete intro.
It's hard to tell from the small amount of the episode at the end of that video is in true stereo too. One side of the audio is louder, but I'm not sure if it's different by looking at the waveform.

OK I just checked and all the US VHS I've seen are dual mono other than Exodus. So the super mint pristine version of Exodus that I restored is proper stereo.
