The stones symbolizing the code of Thundera would have been interesting but doesn't fit the ones they actually used.

Or if the stones aligned with the original anointment trials; a stone of Strength, a stone of Speed, a stone of Cunning, and a stone of Power.

The Power Stone sounds a lot more heroic than the War Stone.

I like that idea.

Like I said before, we can speculate about the blue power stone anytime we want. Just make sure it stays friendly. :)

And this is necessary why? No one has been arguing or anything on this thread.

The stone also has a flame inside of it. :)

Eagle eye, Daremonger!

I realize that this will seem like a major de-rail of the thread, but please bear with me.......

Since Ethan Spaulding was on the original Avatar series team, I wonder if he did put the flame in Hammy's "Poop Stone" as a throwback to his work on Avatar the Last Airbender.

When Aang and Zuko learned the original art of firebending, they found that Fire really represented a life force, or really life itself (through the warmth etc.).

If Spaulding did an homage to his work on Avatar in ThunderCats, then the poop stone could indeed be something to do with life or a life force, like I said before, I think it could be a healing/cleansing power, and perhaps a nod to the Totem of Dera.

After watching the episode, I really didn't notice before, but you see the silhouette of the creature that received the poop stone when they were split up. Who has the stone is just as important as the stone itself, looked kind of ratlike to me, and how did Ratar-O's sais work since there was no tech to make it shoot rays and he was seemingly ignorant of magic? They shot out blue beams. Was it possible Lion-O unknowingly missed out on the poop stone?

Anyone else just think the poop stone may simply stand for...well...poop?

Hahahaha! I like your "Poop Stone" gag already, Hammy. :D

I've seen the entire series twice now and I STILL don't get what the purpose of the power stones is. What a stupid concept.

The Stones of Power are definitely a MacGuffin.

That's probably one of the things that would've been revealed in the second season. All we know is they're powerful stones that Mumm-Ra wanted to become more powerful, and the ThunderCats wanted to keep defeat Mumm-Ra/keep them out of his hands.

The writers sure had a lot of things planned for a second season......if they had planned the first season better it might not have been cancelled.

You do know it has nothing to do with ratings right, this show along with Young Justice, and Green Lantern were cancelled because of poor(or non existent) toy sales. Heck they couldn't even get any real toy deals(except happy meal toys) for Green Lantern because of how bad the live action movie's stuff did. The execs only cared about merchandise sales really so it doesn't matter how it was written or how good or bad it's ratings were. Though they should have picked a better toy company and put out some more merchandise for older viewers and a real videogame for the major systems.

I know the toys sold terrible, I just wish the show had been done a lot better.
