So, anyone know how to assemble a Thundertank?

So, I went to a local toy show yesterday and bought what looks like a complete Thundertank, minus the treads of course, for $10. Sounds great, right? Thing is it's disassembled. Like COMPLETELY disassembled. All the hardware looks to be there though. Anyone else ever build a Thundertank before? Any advice would be appreciated.

Edit: Nevermind, it's not complete. I just bought a big bag of parts.
