Looks like wave 1 will be Lion-O, Cheetara, Panthro, Tygra, Mumm-Ra the everliving, Slithe, Monkian and Jackalman. If you guys hear anything share it here.

Man...like, I'll buy these. But you just KNOW Funko is going to do their normal bullshit and make a Chase figure. I foresee an invisible "Chase variant" Tygra coming with this line.

Already hating!

I just saw these photos. I bet Funko's really enjoying themselves. :)

These remind me a lot of the old LJN figures. But more show accurate.

I had the same thought.

Does Funko have any product lines that aren't intentionally disproportionate or super-deformed? (I think the Ducktales/Tailspin toys are regular proportions, right?). The reason I am asking is because I still want to continue the Mattel/Super 7 line in some capacity. The "crab" style body plan of the 80's (TMNT, He-man, TC) was never aesthetically pleasing to me...I know I have a minority opinion here.

These remind me more of the 80s MOTU figures.

have you seen the awesome new Funko vintage TC at Toyfair?!!!! https://instagram.com/p/BfTSEc7n5ke/

Like old school Maters of the Universe... Nice. I will buy them all...

These are quite nice. They would probably display nice with those retro 5.5" Filmation MOTU figures Super7 are making. It would be cool if they could also make some Thundarr The Barbarian figures. :D

I expect these to be retail for around $10!
My guess is Funko outbid Super7 for the license!

That Sword of Omens for the Lion-O figure reminds me of the Rubie's Sword of Omens toy. :)

I hope we get all the characters from the show just like we wanted with the Matty Line!

And the good thing is that Funko is producing 8 of the main characters... That is awesome...

Another Liono-O that looks like a cosplaying dwarf. The quality of sculpt and paint apps look great, but could they (or another company) once just make them look like they actually come straight from the show itself?

I'll buy these. I like they way they look, even though they are on the original MOTU type bodies.
