Sabretooth?

Didn't know where to post this, but...Through out my TCats fandom I've always wondered where Ted Wolf's inspiration came from to create ThunderCats, the other day it hit me: Marvels Sabretooth (victor creed). He debuted in 1977 (8 years before ThunderCats). He totally fits, as he's what a ThunderCat should look like (overall more human looking with a tad bit of feline aspects). What do u guys think?

That is funny. I agree that he has many ThunderCat characteristics.

I've just watched the 1992 X-Men cartoon again recently for the first time since my youth, and thoroughly enjoyed it. I guess some characters in some shows do have the quality that they could fit effortlessly into others. For instance, Lothar in "Defenders Of The Earth" is basically Panthro in human form, he's got the muscles and the technical knowledge. Or take Serpentor from GI Joe - he'd be better suited to being a villain in Thundercats or He-Man.
