Picked this up......I can't believe it actually exists. It is still in its original IVE shrink wrap, still sealed and it is a direct to market VHS tape, not a rental. (small carton) This is the second one I've ever seen in my entire life. I wonder if there is one in the large carton?

The back of the VHS says that "The Tower of Traps" is also featured, the same episode that re-released on VHS in 1989 with three other first-season adventures. Pretty profitable and interesting.

I've been in the process of taking and posting high resolution pictures of the collection in previous posts. If anyone wants to save and use these for reference, please feel free.

KidWorks Miniatures

Some of these card backs had toys from the same toyline printed on the back, others did not, having a plain cardstock back with only a manufacturer printed and the copyright information.

MIB Euro (KidWorks style) Snowman and Snow Meow: I know nothing about this manufacturer, but I believe it is Italian in origin.

MOC KW Panthro

MOC KW Tygra (non-printed cardback variant)

MOC KW Cheetara (There was price tag ripping on this card, I blacked it out for cosmetic reasons with paint program)

MOC KW Hatchiman

MOC KW Tuska Warrior

MOC KW Mumm-Ra

KW MOC Slithe

KW MOC Reptilian Warrior

KW MOC Monkian

KW MOC Vultureman

KW MOC Grune (non-printed card back variant)

KW MOC Ratar-O (non-printed card back variant)

KW MOC Lion-O

MIB KW Cat's Lair (Canadian bi-lingual variant)

Burger King ThunderCats Meal Boxes

Green Front

Green Back

Green Bottom

Pink Front

Pink back

Blue Front

Blue Back

Red Front

Red Back

Sorry the maze is already done.

MOC Spindex erasers

I can't fault them for wanting to make a buck, but sometimes when I see some of this ThunderCats stuff, even I have to ask myself the question why.

Gordy toys

Eye of Thundera dagger

Panthro's Nunchucks

ThunderCats slate set with CHALK!

I don't know where this is from, I don't think I want to know. Looks like Lion-O, Snarf and the Thunderkittens have been in Cheetara's lipstick.

Butterfly ThunderCats PVC "cake toppers" These were never made to top cakes, these were sold in open boxes. I imagine that the little weapons were the first to go, but only Lion-O, Cheetara, Slithe, Jackalman, and Mumm-Ra had detachable weaponry. Tygra, Panthro and Monkian's weapons were molded onto their bodies.

Picked this up a couple of weeks ago, this is an honest to goodness American carded Safari Joe. I think I might be ending my 80's ThunderCats collecting soon. I will never have a Tongue-A-Saurus, ThunderWings Lion-O, or Luna-Lasher Mumm-Ra unless I win the lottery or something. I think I will earnestly search for an American carded Lion-O with snarf, (orange or red will do) and then I'm out.

I seriously need to post just one big picture of the 2011 stuff, you'll know what OCD is when I do.

Safari Joe is a pretty deadly hunter. ;)
