He meant he would skin him off and turn him into one of those tiger furs that used to be cut and isplayed ike rugh like in the 80s and 90s. Another joke on behalf of poor underdog :tygra

Crazy SJ could of turn Tygra into a rug or even tortured him And Tygra could of did nothing. Man Tygra didn’t talk back. Made Cheetara talk to SJ. And Poor Tygra was so weak can’t even stand up in his cage. I wonder if SJ stun Tygra after he help him out of the water or at least tie/Hanfcuff his hands.

SJ didn't stun Tygra. When Cheetara started talking, Tygra said the thrundranium cage had left him as weak as a kitten.
When I was a kid, I also wondered why Tygra didn't stand up for himself. When I grew up, I thought it was because he knew better: he knew that fightiing and struggling would only consume his strenght and energy, so he wasn't wasting it when he knew he couldn't do much about it. At least, that's what I like to think LOL.

Tygra was weak. Was Tygra so weak in the water SJ had to help him out and couldn’t get up to fight SJ or even turn invisible
