Lion-O seems to be pretty cartoon-accurate. :)

Glad to see these come out! I thought these were due out last year?

Though I really like this design, I was kinda hoping for a character other than Lion-O to be released. I know he's the go-to character, but this is the 6th or 7th classic Lion-O to be released. I think a decaying Mumm-Ra, Jaga or Grune would be a better choice.

Now that's a nice looking figure design. Finally. A six inch line like this would be epic.

As nice as this looks, I just would much rather seen articulated action figures.

Hmm, that design looks as if it were made to be articulated. But it is mezco, meh.

This isn't a Mezco design; it's a PrototypeZ Studios design.

Erick Sosa (ZKULPTOR) was answering questions about possible upcoming products (kits) and mentioned the following on Statue Forum. No idea on how soon we will see them though.
ZKULPTOR: " hopefully a few more soon for DC and a couple of Thundercats."
Still wish they were pre-painted as I have no painting skills nor do I want to spend way more money to have them shipped to paint and then ship them back.

Two Time Warner properties having dioramas made at the same time sounds like plenty of fun.

True, also though both companies are making statues, only one (Kinetiquettes) is technically having a diorama type of display set up with their statues.

Good news guys, I heard from Erick over at PrototypeZ Studios and they are working through approvals on three characters with WB. Things are starting to happen with this line!

Three huh? We already know about Lion-O and I believe Mumm-ra. Are we privy to who the other is?

Erick didn't say, but previously he had planned to issue Panthro first. So as a betting man, that's my guess.

It looks like PrototypeZ is finally picking up the pace with their own "ThunderCats" line. :)

Do you suppose their "ThunderCats" statue line will be released in threes?
