All Lion-Os will have the cavity for the battery pack in his torso. but only the EX will be wired for lights. But they arent hollow, just missing room for the battery pack.

A few more info for upcoming PCS's Lion-o.

The On/Off switch will be on the back hidden under Lion-o's costume.

Also, Lion-o will take AA batteries and won't be installed from the box.

Looks really good but the base just doesn't do it for me. It's just kinda week since the rest of the tomb isn't there. You kinda wanna see more but the rest is cropped off.

The waitlist for the Lion-O EX is not very long. I signed up for the waitlist 10 days ago and got an E-mail this morning that "due to cancellations and credit card declines" my waitlist was being converted to a pre-order (unless I respond by tomorrow to cancel)...

So, if you are still on the fence, or kicking yourself for not pre-ordering it, go ahead and get on that waitlist.

Well, except for the EX Lion-o, it looks like the regular verison has now been Sold Out too!! The last time i had checked, about i week ago if memory serves me correctly, the regular was still available. The demand is starting to grow for PCS's PF statues!

There's a delay on Lion-O. It's been posted on the statue forum that they are about 3-4 weeks from shipping from factory. I am waiting to hear back, but my personal guesstimation on that news is that Lion-O probably won't ship to customers until at least mid-July.

Update: The mid-July guesstimation appears to now be late July. Many customers using the Flex Pay system have been notified the last payment will now be on July 20th.

Awaiting clarification if they will distribute the first 200 as soon as they arrive, or will wait until all of the pieces are received. If they wait until every piece arrives, then it could be late August before they start shipping to customers.

Two new developments:

1. For those using Sideshow's FlexPay option, the last payment has been pushed back to August 28th now.

This probably means the statue won't ship until late August/early September.

Of the 3 still showing as non-waitlist, none are registering as low quantity alerts.

Should be the final update on Lion-O.

Sideshow has started E-mailing customers that unless their order is cancelled by August 22th, they will begin processing the order and charging customers' accounts.

Regular edition of Lion-O is still the only one on Wait-List. The other 3 are still available for pre-order.

Finally! After more than one year Lion-O will eventually shipped. I am so excited how the statue will turn out and the first In-hand pics will look like!
I hope to receive mine from German distributors at the end of September!

It's been almost a month since the PF Lion-O was released from Pop Culture Shock, but it's kind of strange that none in the TCL forum has posted pics or mentioned anything about this statue!! i expected some 'mayhem' around this beautiful work of art!!

Even though i wasn't in Greece to receive my parcel, a friend of mine saw to this purchase, so i finally got him!! This Lion-o is truly marvelous, i have the Exclusive version with the light up feature, 215/375 limited edition.

I face the same problem aero!! Lion-o is huge and bulky, i rack my brains where to put this imposing Statue..I plan on buying a Detolf, Lion-O will be placed on top and Mumm-ra below.

Btw, i read on SSC's site, Mumm-ra will be out on October, any info on that??

I've heard some back and forth. Not certain if it will be out by the end of the year.

I am ready for this to come out!
