It looks great, but now I'd like to know whether it looks like the cartoon Cheetara or not. Now that HH is off, PCS might want to get closer to the original charadesign (unlike Lion-O, Mumm-Ra is very similar to the character), which would be the best news ever ! I would just get them all (except Lion-O lol).

Jerry has upped the ante after releasing Mumm-ra, Cheetara's pose is captured while running.Sleek design:thumbsup:

I think Jerry with his new Thundercats statue is trying to recreate this exact pose from the OS!!

I would love to see a switch out arm (without the bo/staff) positioned higher as in the cartoon pic you posted.

My two concerns are-
1. Will she have the light up feature?
2. Why is her hair blowing to the side like Lion-O's instead of straight back like she is running?

This for me will be a must buy regardless.

Good points,
1) I have suggested to Jerry, directly through email, to seriously take into consideration my proposal for adding the light up function on the Thundercats Symbol placed on their belt to all of the rest of the Thundercats characters. Mumm-Ra's light up chest worked so nice and was very striking.
Imagine how cool it wold be if Lion-o's light up sword signalled his team and their eyes and belt turned glowing, just like the cartoon. :thumbsup:

2) Maybe it's too early to say for sure this is the final and approved represantation. But i see eye to eye on this point, it doesn't make much sense to blow her hair sideways.


I keep wondering why Panthro is such an overlooked character by the Companies making Thundercats Products now. Hard Hero neither PCS had no interest on counting Panthro as their first statues to be produced. Yet Cheetara was for both of them the second Thundercat after Lion-O to make. I was impressed Mezco opted for Panthro!!

I'm really digging the pose on this one. Can't wait to see what the final outcome is.

In about a week during sdcc, i expect news for Cheetara and Tygra to come up.
Things have kept quite from Jerry's front but now it's time for the statue fans to hear their roar:cool:

Sometime digital sculpting can be tricky. What looked great onscreen didnt really thrill me once I saw it in three dimensions. So we've been doing some resculpting on Cheetara.
