New Thundercats - Season 2, 3 and 4

That's not fair with the noble thundercats (Lion-O, Cheetara, Tygra, Panthro, Wilkykit, Wilykat and Snarf live in cats lair and the new thundercats Lynx-O, Pumayra, Bengali and Snarfer at the tower of omens. Why did lynxo, bengali and snarfer left third earth with the nobles to new thundera when they swapped tygra in tower of omens and pumayra in cats lair??

Actually, must be Lion-O's decision in Return to Thundera Part 1

I'm not blind to the original show's faults, like the decision to leave Tygra and Pumyra behind on Third Earth in "Return to Thundera!" Part 1.

Well, you're aware Lion-O actually doesn't take decissions as he's a cartoon, right? :biggrin

It wouldn't have been so bad if we'd seen some genuine rotation among who was remaining on guard on Third Earth, but the only time that happened was "The Mossland Monster" where it was clearly stated that Tygra was only having a short break to catch up with the others. Peter Lawrence has a lot to answer for.

They could have handled it in so many ways:

[*]The rotation system has been widely discussed on these boards. As Liam says, in "The Mossland Monster" it was stated that Tygra was going to NT just for a brief period of time, like a weekend vacations ("So the winner of an all-included package weekend in New Thundera prize is... Tygra! Sorry Pumyra, try again next month!" LOL). Had him and Pumyra in some eps would have been much better.
[*]At least, keep the Tower of Omens destroyed (as we saw in "The Last Day") and maintain Pumyra and Tygra together in CatsLair to make each other company and do together maintenance work. I can't see any of them cooking, cleaning, fixing, maintaining a building, and then attend any emergency that occured in Third Earth, all by themselves. Yeah, Mumm-Ra, the mutants and the Lunataks were no more, but there were some other Third Earth or outerspace menaces, like there previousy were Cptn Shiner, Safari Joe, etc... or even somoene releasing Mongor once again, or the Berbils getting attacked by the Trolgs or so.

[*]Have some more eps in Third Earth were Lion-O and one or two other TCs travelled there but were assited by Pumyra and Tygra. I mean, weren't they left behind precisely for that reason? Any episode that took place on Third Earth showed other TCs but them (only Pumyra for like 5 seconds).
[*]Have them both in the series finale! A single line at the beginning like "We're glad you two make it" or "Nice to be all together again" takes less than 10 seconds.

Pumyra's last episode was in Cracker's Revenge, as well as 3rd Earth's Cats Lair and the Berbil Village.

And Tygra's own last episode was in "The Mossland Monster."

Jaga and Claudis final episode was The Shadowmaster too

Not sure about Claudus, but Jaga definitely should have been in the series finale.
