Well, finally Mattel will place ThunderCats brand on the top and bring to us new ACTION FIGURES !
ThunderCats deserves acurate figures on their 30th Birthday...

And I remember months ago a few fans here were against Mattel get TC's license...

Now I am pretty sure we will all have the best ThunderCats toyline ever ! :D

Thats a pretty nice find balgus! I have a couple of the 6" Tygras (I believe it to be one of the nicer figures in the line), but never got a deal like that.

It certainly is a great time to be a Thundercats fan! I am full of optimism about the line. I hope we are able to get not only the main characters but also many that we had always hoped for that never got produced in the LJN line!

What amazing and unexpected news!!!! If they do as good of a job as they did with MOTUC I'd be so happy! Come on Lunatacs!

This is definitely good news as Bandai dropped the ball with their classics line. Been sitting here with Mumm-Ra and Lion-O all by themselves. They have been wanting more 6" Thundercats to play with. Sold my 8" Tygra and Lion-O a while back.

I do wonder, though, if the Mattel "ThunderCats" line will be able to include characters from the Marvel and WildStorm comics?

Regarding figures of characters from the TV show and cartoon that never got made I hope Mattel is a lot more careful than they were with MOTU. I still think they wasted a lot of places on really odd choice figures instead of figures the majority of fans actually wanted.

I hope they focus on getting the main cast of heroes and villains from the LJN toyline and cartoon made first.

This is really the best news ever! I've been admiring the MOTU classics from afar, and really loved the Bandai 8" Classic figures, hoping that they'd continue that. But this is such good news, I hope and pray they make a proper classics line. It would be cool to introduce Silver Hawks and the others too by expanding the universe. Hopefully we can get the Lunataks too.

I'm pretty sure the ThunderCats figures will share parts from MOTUC figures, specially the Mutants...

Mattel did the best (and wise) step in this 80's brand revival !
First, brought back its gifted child and now, his rival....

Congratulations, Mattel !!!

With "ThunderCats" on its side, you can tell it's Mattel. :pumyrahappy:

Straight form The Fwoosh!!

I'm soooooooo excited, it's 100% as I wished the Bandai Classic would be!!

Gah apparently Mumm-Ra is a sub figure. Guess I'll have to get a sub!

Also the date on the Lion-O seems to be July 2016. So we got a year to wait. :/

It's beyond my best expectactions :D

Loving that Jackalman!

Just like my sources informed me, it's a continuation of the MOTUC line :D

Words can't describe how excited I'm feeling right now...

30 years for a proper treatment. Never thought Id seen the day after the Bandai catastrophe. Hats off to Mattel...they restored my faith in the line.
#37
I do hope they tone down Lion-O's eyebrows a bit tho. lol

:D I'm so happy! The look so freakin fantastic, I can hardly believe it. I love Jackalman! Oh my god this is just awesome. Guess I'll have to sub the f*** up! :D

I am really excited about this line and the figures looks amazing. This is going to bankrupt me. It is just that we have to wait so long. They should finish the first figure by December. Would love to get myself a gift like this. It will make me think I am a child again.

Yeah, Lion-O's face is something I hope they tweak more. Rest of his sculpt and other figures look great.

Mumm-Ra was apparently marked as subscription only. So the line starts off with a subscription, which is good news. Now I don't have to worry about the early figures being sold out in minutes.
