So mandora was the law on third Earth. I always found her to be a little bossy. I always wanted Cheetara (since she's also a woman) to beat her up or put her in her place.

I liked the idea of Mandora and liked her design (Melodia from Silver Hawks reminded me of her, and I liked Melodia too), but never liked her personality.

To me Mandora always felt like she was inspired from Judge Dredd. And yeah, she was a bit bossy, more so in some episodes, which made her a bit annoying at times.

The look was sweet though. If she got a figure I think it would be neat.

Reviving this thread because she's back for Roar, same episode title and the plot is even pretty much the same (prison transport crash lands, Lion-O bone-headedly frees prisoners, Mandora is contemptuous, in the end Lion-O proves he's noble and worthy of her respect).
We get a new wrinkle on this version of Snarf, and the last villain and how the last villain is recaptured is changed. The new villain feels a lot like an Adventure Time character but I think the design is meant to be a nod to The Living Ooze.

Have your kids been watching? Been seeing some tweets and gram posts from dads about their kids watching. Usually their mood is one of exasperation lol

Ya, we have been watching. My 9 an 5 year olds are still more of a fan of the 80s (an 2011 series for that matter) than Roar, but we have been enjoying it!
