Hey Andrew who or what was your inspiration to put together this collection just curious. Coincidentally one my inspirations when i first started putting together my collection was a fellow by the name of Andrew. I've always tried to have as nice as collection as he once did. Anyways that will never be possible but he was of much help ( and still is) when we put this website together

Hey Manny,
I have just always loved the Thundercats. I grew up in front of the tv watching and playing with my figures.
Now that I have an awesome job I can afford to buy all those crazy figures that I wanted when I was little. I remember I never had a Jaga so I cut out a cape out of one of my old shirts and put it on an extra tygra i had. (memories).

The sword looks nice...Ive gotten a few more things already but havent gotten the chance to take updated pictures of my collection. I did notice you were missing a Tongue a Saurus....I'd trade mine for your Luna Lasher Mumm-Ra

Is that an original price tag on the Sword? I always wondered how much it cost when it came out. It's too small though, I can't make it out.

Looks to me like 15.99 which could easily be the price since figures back then ranged from $4-6 with the Deluxe LL Mummra and Thunderwings Lion O going for around $11.99

Well about the trade, I just cant do it Manny.
I love that Luna-Lasher Mumm-ra.
It is going to be buried with me when I die. (lol)
But if you want to sell me your Tongue-a-saurus maybe we can make a deal.
The Price tag on the Sword is $5.99 (man I wish I had a time machine).

It's cool, never hurts to try LOL. LL Mumm-Ra is perhaps the pinnacle of any collection. I even consider it among the Holy Grails of Thundercats (for produced items) About the Tongue a Saurus...he's too rare to let him go..I just saw a losse one sell for $400 last week so he's only going to appreciate in value

very true.
I was debating about the one that is on EBay right now ($3700.00).
but then I noticed who was selling it, and also a rip off for an box that has been opened.
i like to see that 23 year old tape on the boxes :)

$3700 for an opened box item...nope, maybe for a completely sealed, AFA graded Tongue a Saurus and evn that is way too much for it. A completely sealed item could fetch anywhere from 1500-2000 IMO while an open box with all inserts could sell for anywhere between 750-1000 and an open box with no inserts could fetch probably a good 500-750. Anyways thats my opinion but with prices nowadays a open box with no inserts could fetch 1000:?
