Jaga's Bulge

A mate of mine was over and while looking at my shelf he asked "Why is Jaga the only figure with a sculpted bulge？”

Can't say I ever noticed before, but now he points it out it's definitely there, and not something that is common to the rest of the line. Any thoughts on what makes Jaga so special? Why are the other guys so smooth? Any and all input appreciated.

You are right! I noticed it too years ago on my figure and found it odd but then moved on to the next figure to admire It is strange but them again I think had it been smooth like Panthro or Lion-O it may have looked like a diaper? That’s the only reason I can think of it being sculpted.
