Inappropriate names?

Going through accounts, and came across a user that decided on the lovely username of Yeast Infection. There's really nothing else about the profile terribly spammish but the name chosen is...off-putting to say the least lol

But it did bring up the thought of what should be done in such a situation...still ban, warn, edit the profile....?

EDIT: I did an earlier post on this, but scrap that - I've just done a Google search for "Yeast Infection" and am reminded of the, er, adult overtones of it! ;)

I'd say PM them and tell them at their username has overtones that are inappropriate for these forums, and ask if they would please select an alternative name that we could change it to. :)
