Sorry guys for being away for quite some time but my time has been very very limited and its about to get worse. Anyways i got an email from Jordan and he is starting to wonder why there really seems to be no interest in the items. From what i understand there is no active auctions running and Im even wondering if they will do anything since theyve been promising for so long to hold it. Anyways I dont like to post PMs but here is what he sent me just so you guys know:

There is like NO interest it appears any longer in this auction we're holding. Any ideas on what I can do to get interest?

I post photos of the Redeye and some of the LJN protos.. but nobody commented at all.

Any ideas as to what is going on?

The problem is that its the same old hype. People want to see these up on eBay. I think everyone is tired of the trickle of pics.

We know you have the stuff Jordan and we know your a business, so why aren't you putting them up for sale to the wider public?

I think that's what everyone is thinking and are tired of these games of teasing these Prototypes. I know I am.

FWIW Itold him that Ive already spoken to several people that told me they wouldnt bother paying the prices he's asking. He said he has an offer for $8K for the Lunatacker and sold the Unproduced Mumm-Ra for $2K.

He touts that they will be on auction but yet he said to me he does not intend to put them on Ebay because his clients think the fees are too much...Really?????

For an item that sells for $4K the fees are just over $200 if the buyer pays via Paypal. Fees are capped at $100 when the items sell.

Right now he's just ****ing people off with all these "teaser" pics that everyone has seen already. He indicates on his site he will have them sold via auction but what auction site will he use????

Me thinks...Stop the bull**** and sell the damn things already

yeah he kind of shot himself in the foot. He expects huge prices and honestly there aren't that many thundercats collectors that can afford the prices he wants. things are on par with star wars prototype collectors. He isnt taking into account the fact that yes the super rare pieces like the feliner etc. will go for a good chunk of change, but the other pieces wont bring him the money he thinks, he did this the last time he auctioned off some thundercats protos, took them off ebay cause they werent selling as high as he thought.

A lot of long time Thundercats collectors remember the Feliner auction and I dont think that one didnt even sell for $5K. I told him already that collectors are talking about how high the pieces are and him expecting 5-10K for them is not going to happen. The only way that would happen is if some rich collector comes along. People are ****ed off at how he has handled this whole thing. People expect public auctions but all he will do more than likely is phone offers.

I was inclined at first to give him some advertising on the front page for the pieces but going behind and showing pictures to other people when he said he would provide us with the material first is sort of a slap in the face. He can advert on the forum all he wants but he lost out on thousands of people looking at the items via our front page.

In the end he'll be holding the bag and his clients will not be happy due to his incompetence in not selling the items.
