Hi gang,
I couldn't get on the forums in time to post this on the day, due to pressures in my offline life - but, according to my notes, yesterday (10th December) was the 6th anniversary of ThunderCats Lair!
Even though we've had our ups and downs, I think this year has been possibly the most successful year of this site's life and I've been very proud working on it with you guys!
There's loads more still to come, including the task of finally getting everything ported over from the old site to the new - I am fully intending to get more of this done between now and Christmas, I have a couple of days earmarked next week to devoting to this. :)
With outside pressures for all the team (including myself), it's now very hard for us all to find as much time to devote to the site - however, something I think we should all be proud of is the fact that, unlike so many fan sites of all shapes and sizes over the years, ThunderCats Lair is still very much alive, still active, and right at the forefront of the ThunderCats revival on the Internet!
Thanks guys, and here's to the next 6 years! :)
Take care... :)
