I have no objections personally but I would advise the user against it as they are known for their original username and it might confuse people. However if they have their heart set on it, I have no problem.
If we do allow this, I think we should have a rule of just one user name change per account. Period. Otherwise it will get very confusing for members :(

I have no issues but we would need to change the forum rules to indicate that we only allow one change per member. The only condition that I would ask the member is to add as part of their signature something to the effect of Formerly Astrokreep just so that there is no confusion

I agree. However I think it's best as their user title under their username (as that is something only admins can control)
EDIT: I noticed someone changed the users name earlier, but now see it's back 'AstroKreep' ??
