Actually I would disagree. The face sculpt is great but I think the body proportions are a bit off and making him a bit to lean looking.

Agreed. He could be a tad shorter.

I would actually leave Grune the same at this point. It’s the cartoon sculpt head on.

Actually as much as I like it I honestly think the overall size of the head is a bit too big. The proportions are a bit off.
The face and helmet seem too long as though they have been stretched.
Maybe it's the camera angle but the legs/thighs also look a little short.
