Bad Seller alert: aewsmith

So since the old feedback thread will be deleted soon I thought I would put this here. So an update as of today 3 and a half months later, no figure and I am still out $100 of the money I paid to aewsmith.

You failed to mention the following;

1, The post office makes you wait 75 days until they will process an insurance claim. You know this and the time has just come up.

2, Your package was sent out on the 25th of Feb. 80 days ago, which is 2 1/2 months not 3 1/2.

3, You have yet to send, scan, or fax me a letter legally stating you have not recieved the item which is needed to process the claim and which also legally binds you should the package be found to have been delivered. I have emailed you twice about this and you have yet to respond to tell me what you are doing in this regard.

4, You have already recieved a personal refund of $58 from myself since the insurance will only cover $100 but you have yet to take this into account when calling me a theif.

5, You also have not admitted any wrong doing in accusing me of selling the same item twice, when it has been clearly proven I did not.


**However! I was not watching the days intently and did allow 3 days to pass beyond the 75 days however you did contact me to notify me the 75 period was up. This I agree was an error on my part.**

I am not going to go back and forth about this on here again with you.

I stated in the post above that I am still out the $100 out of $158.

As for the 3 1/2 months sorry it has been 2 1/2 months my mistake.

I am going by your word on the 75 days and not the word I got from Canada Post of 45 days.

I emailed you and told you I would scan a letter this weekend and email it to you. Then Monday you can turn it in. Then there will be no excuse for it not to be handled.

And to answer your last point you have never given me ANY proof of the item I purchased from you was different then the one you sold on eBay. It really does not matter since the item never showed up.

Like I have said countless times to you I will remove all bad seller posts once I get either the figure or my money FULLY refunded.

There is no other reason to post here unless this is taken care of. If you want to discuss anything you have my email address or can PM me.

After 8 months I have received the refund for the remaining amount that I paid. Not happy about the way it all happened but I finally got the money back.
