How rare is an 8 back Tygra. Any forum members own that piece?

A few things:
1. I am going to assume you are referring to the individual Tygra (as apposed to the common tygra Wiley cat two-pack)
2. I am going to assume that you are somehow tied to the individual 8-back Tygra that's on the auction site right now.

That being said- its not easy to find. In five Yeats collecting I have seen 3 for sale. I have passed on purchasing them due to the fact the owners think they are gold.

8-back solo Tygra is definitely not the most difficult 8-back to find. But I feel he is in the top 5ish.

I think a "real world" price for him is somewhere between 450-650$ depending on how many people are searching for him.

The nice thing about being the owner (assuming your the owner) is that you can ask whatever price you want. Either someone will buy it or they wont . I just purchased a Lion-O for big money, I'm sure the seller was pleased, and I'm sure other buyers passed on it because it was high. I knew what I was looking at, and needed it for my collection. You will meet people who don't hesitate to drop 4k on an unproduced prototype...they are few and far between, but they ate out there
