Drawn by Ed McGuinness, the main penciller on DC/Wildstorm's first ThunderCats mini-series, this piece is believed to have been commissioned by Cartoon Network as concept art for a proposed (but ultimately abandoned) new ThunderCats cartoon series! This is one of a pair of pages, both donated by original comic art collector and dealer Ralph Di Bernado, that showcase the experimental concept of Tygra as a ninja! It's not known whether this idea originated from Cartoon Network or Ed McGuinness himself.
